Coaching supports a healthy mind by helping individuals (personally and professionally) to identify goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for managing challenges through self-awareness, positive mindset shifts, and practical steps, ultimately promoting resilience and a balanced life.
Neuroscience-based coaching (or “brain-based coaching”) uses neuroscience to understand how the brain works and influences behaviour, emotions, and decision-making.
Together with sound coaching principles neuroscience helps individuals to manage emotions, reduce stress, and develop strategies for achieving goals which leads to more effective thinking and lasting transformation.
My primary passion is creating meaningful shifts in thinking, and therefore behaviour and ultimately performance.
For those individual’s who may struggle to develop the level of self awareness required to make meaningful change or who may simply be ‘stuck’ on a challenge – I offer immersive coaching.
The immersive coaching offering involves making use of equine-guided coaching. Horses are sensitive to human emotions and non-verbal cues, and their behaviour provides valuable insights into a person’s communication style, emotional state, and leadership abilities.
Through a series of interactive exercises coaching clients will work with horses on the ground. The coaching client will receives real-time feedback from the horses which, as a trained equine coach, I ‘translate’ and share.
The success of equine-guided coaching lies in the fact that the feedback is given to the coaching client ‘by the horse’. Research shows that this removes all the traditional barriers (defensive reactions and excuses) we as humans use to avoid truly taking on feedback received.

Personal mastery is developing a set of practices and principles that help individuals learn, create a vision, and view the world objectively.

My approach to assisting clients to develop personal mastery is to begin with the completion of the Five Lens Enneagram assessment.
The Five Lens Enneagram assessment determines the individuals’ own distinct way of perceiving the world and relating to others, as well as their core set of motivations (what drives them) and fears (what they are most afraid of) which shape their behaviours and reactions.
This is used as the starting point of their coaching journey which is then uniquely designed to their specific needs.
My approach to designing workshops is one of co-creation and collaboration. I will partner with River Club to create a unique offering that reflects my core coaching belief that by challenging individuals and teams’ current modes of thinking and behaviour, they will subsequently benefit from a definitive jump in their levels of
performance.
